Unbelievable...but I am ready to go back to my classroom.
To the kids, and to what lies ahead!
It's exciting really!
To be able to help young minds grow, and hearts blossom.
Sounds corny, I know...and it's ok.
The break was reallllllly nice, and I feel reenergized.
Got lots of stuff done around the house.
Did fun stuff with Sierra and Jimmy, and did stuff with myself too.
Christmas Day was nice...Sierra, Jimmy, Diane, Betty, Mike, Aimee, Bill, Madeline and Lauren.
The day after Chirstmas...not so much.
Family turmoil that I would rather forget.
I didn't handle a situation well.
And there was waaay too much "water under that bridge" to even try to stifle the roar.
Sad.
And it means that I need to find a better way to express emotion.
Holding in stuff, and letting my expectations take over, is clearly not healthy for anyone.
Another resolution for the New Year.
